[INTRODUCTION]
While some older 2011s HP systems are UEFI, they are not fully GOP compliant.
Graphics cards had mostly legacy vBIOS ONLY up to nVidia 6xx Kepler generation,
so they were a no issue for a dated early version of AMI APTIO IV UEFI present on OEM HP motherboards.
Problem started when UEFI GOP cards have appeared. While modern GPUs are backwards compatible with vanilla BIOS, as they are "hybrid", they can work pretty well on old motherboards. The point is, that such HP motherboards are not vanilla BIOS, but already UEFI. And so, it tries to initialize hardware primarily in an UEFI way.
Sadly, UEFI implementation is in some early stage/revision here, so the booting procedure just crashes.
Whether is set UEFI or Legacy boot source as default plays no role here.
As BIOS modification and flashing is very risky, I've created and tested
a modification of the System BIOS, to make it easier and safer for other people.

Update procedure erases NVRAM variables, so all your BIOS settings will be lost.
In case you've set some custom UEFI boot entries, making a backup is highly recommended.
Running command below in CMD "Run as Admin" might be needed.

Once you reboot your PC, you should see message about "BIOS settings have been reset to default.".
Voilà, you are done. You should proceed to your operating system with your new GPU installed. No other workaround are needed.

[RESULTS]
I was replacing original preinstalled Pegatron's GTX 550 Ti for GTX 1650 SUPER (TU116), exactly Asus TUF-GTX1650S-O4G-GAMING (vBIOS version: 90.16.46.40.41).
After flashing modified image, the GTX 1650 SUPER works flawlessly.
Whole BIOS interface is in higher resolution, making a full screen without any black borders on FHD monitor, with a crispier image, which is a great improvement over GTX 550 Ti (both on same monitor over DVI-D DL cable).
Booting to UEFI/GPT installed Windows 10 is as fast as with original card. No POST or warning messages appears, which means from HP splash screen directly to Windows, like what is expected.

[METHODS]
In case you'd like to make your own modified image, please use attached AMIBCP 4.53 or 4.55.
Always make modification of an image downloaded from HP support site (use WinRAR or 7-zip to unpack the sp*.exe packages)
In the tree there is "Advanced" category TWICE. Unfold the second one, here click on
"PCI Subsystem Settings" (it is actually another subfolder, just click on it, because clicking on the unfolding [+] sign is not equivalent, it unfolds but does not put focus/selection to the tree item)
Here find in the list (on the right half of the window)
"(0569) PCI ROM Priority"
and set its value
from "EFI Compatible"
to "Legacy ROM"
Both in Failsafe & Optimal columns.
Save & Flash using command in [APPLICATION] section.

Each HP's motherboard can be usually found under three different names. First is HP model number, second is model number of the motherboard's producer (Pegatron), third is internal HP's codename of the board. All of them refer to a single motherboard. One board = three names. Codename is often printed on the motherboard, HP model no. is often seen on HP support site and finally Pegatron model number can be read out using 𝚖𝚜𝚒𝚗𝚏𝚘𝟹𝟸
